Swiss watches have their own reputation in the world of horology not only for the high quality but also for the production of wide range of watches in terms of appearance as well as technology. Almost 90% of Swiss made watches are electronic but the remaining 10% which are mechanical watches accounts for the half if exports in terms of valve. Some of the complex watches with expensive price also fall into this category. There are sober classic timepieces, diamond and gold ones and also affordable and cheerful. The watch world has been changing rapidly that compels the manufacturers to modify their timepieces according to the needs of the consumers. Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Panerai are some of the renowned names of the Swiss made watches.
